If you prefer the room to look clean and simple, then you can opt for a compact design which hides everything inside. Just figure out the right compartmentalization. You should include a large space for hangers, a few shelves for folded up clothes, drawers for small items and accessories and perhaps even a few secret compartments. All these compartments can remain hidden behind large sliding doors or panels. This way the design remains minimalist and you can use the opportunity to play with colors and shapes when decorating the rest of the room. To save space in the room, instead of dedicating an empty wall to your wardrobe, you can custom design the cabinetry around the windows. Take this opportunity to also include one or two cozy window nooks and reading corners.
Arrange your bedroom to provide organized storage space for bed linens, clothing articles and desk-related items. Make optimal use of the vertical space in a small bedroom by furnishing it with a floor-to-ceiling open shelving unit to store electronic items and books. Slide decorative boxes onto the shelves filled with photographs, small desk-related items, CDs and DVDs. Store seasonal clothing and bed linens in large plastic bins, and tuck them underneath your bed. Attach a small rack with hooks onto the back of your bedroom door to hang jackets, sweaters or coats. Slide a locking file cabinet underneath your desktop to keep important documents safely organized. Shove a chest of drawers into a recessed wall area to make good use of an awkward area.
Regardless of whether you're getting lounge chairs for bedroom, or small bedroom chairs, the space you have available must be considered first. Instead of buying something, only to figure out it is too big and overpowering, calculate first. You should have a balance between too small and too big, and still have enough space to move around your room. If you have a small room, get small bedroom chairs, something you can push in the corner. If you have a large bedroom, you can even go for a luxurious, large ottoman that has room for more than one person. Size and layout are also decisive here. A small bedroom is more suitable for a chair, whereas with a large one, you have more of a freedom as to what kind of piece you really like. If you're lucky and have a large bedroom, you have a lot of space to get creative with your sitting area. You can go for a private corner with a few chairs and a footstool, and maybe separate it even further with targeted lighting.
